Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of payment completion. We'll do our best to assist you. Once an order is shipped out, we regret that it cannot be changed or canceled. 

If your order is canceled, you will receive an email notification to advise you of the cancellation. You will not be billed for any canceled items.

Returns

For any aosu purchases, if you change your mind about the product for any reason, you have the right to get your money back within 30 days after receiving the product.

All returns must subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Items must retain the box, packaging, and all contentsin the original purchase condition - unused, unmarked, and not defaced in any manner. This condition can be relaxed for quality reasons.
• Items must be returned to our warehouse(please email us on  support@aosulife.com first to confirm the exact warehouse), and we do not cover the shipping costs associated with returns.
• If you purchased the products from other authorized retailers rather than aosu's official website, please contact the retailers for returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, the refund process will begin, and we will send an email to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once your refund request is approved, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method.

In what situations will your refund be rejected?

• Return without the permission of aosu.
• Return with non-prepaid freight.
• The returned product is wrong, or some accessories are missing from the box.

After approval of a refund, if you have not received the refund after a 2-week waiting period, check your order status and bank account again, then contact us via email.

1. Limited Warranty

This limited commercial warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, any rights and remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws. The additional terms in Sections 4 and 5 apply to consumers in the EEA and Australia respectively and prevail over any conflicting general terms.

The AOSU products are manufactured with high-quality industrial parts designed to last. We provide a 12-month limited warranty for eligible AOSU products, starting from the date of original purchase. For consumers in the EEA, the warranty period is 24 months, as set out in Section 4.

This warranty applies only to new AOSU products purchased from AOSU or an authorized AOSU reseller. It covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use in accordance with the product instructions. If any covered defects are found, we will repair or replace the product or any necessary components, free of charge.

2. Warranty Terms and Conditions

To make a warranty claim, please contact support@aosulife.com within the applicable commercial warranty period and describe the problem. The following requirements and terms apply to warranty claims:

• Please provide your order number or sufficient proof of purchase.
• Visible evidence of the defective items is required to depict the defect, where the defect can reasonably be demonstrated by photographs or video.
• It will be necessary to return the items for quality inspection, except otherwise determined by AOSU. We will provide a prepaid return label and return instructions.
• Under this commercial warranty, we will repair or replace the defective product or parts, as determined by us. Unless AOSU agrees otherwise, products or parts replaced under this commercial warranty become AOSU’s property. Once the replacement is delivered to you, the replaced item is no longer covered by this commercial warranty, even if AOSU does not require its return.
• If replacements for defective parts are unavailable, we reserve the right to make substitutions with identical types of products.
• For a covered claim, AOSU will bear the costs of inspection, repair or replacement and the necessary shipping costs.

If a product’s serial number has been removed, altered or made illegible, AOSU may decline the claim only if the product’s identity or warranty eligibility cannot reasonably be verified through other reliable evidence, after giving you a reasonable opportunity to provide such evidence.

AOSU may reject a claim where reasonable evidence establishes that it is fraudulent or relies on falsified proof of purchase or materially false information.

3. What Does the Warranty Not Cover

The following are excluded from coverage under this commercial warranty:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, intentional damage, improper installation, storage or maintenance, or use beyond the product’s intended purpose or specified operating conditions, including commercial or industrial use that exceeds those limits.
• Damage caused by accidents, drops, impacts, crushing, abnormal electrical supply, power surges, external fires, lightning, floods, earthquakes or other external causes; exposure to temperatures, dust, moisture, liquids or corrosive substances beyond the product’s specified operating conditions or protection limits; or the use of incompatible accessories, power supplies, chargers, cables or other equipment that do not meet the product’s specified requirements.
• Damage caused by repairs or attempted repairs by third parties, or by unauthorized disassembly, replacement of components or modification of the product’s hardware, software or firmware.
• Normal wear and tear, normal reduction in battery capacity, and normal cosmetic deterioration that does not affect the product’s functionality. Defects in material or workmanship are not excluded merely because they affect a battery or a cosmetic component.
• Lost or stolen products, or products for which the applicable commercial warranty period has expired.
• Products for which a full refund of the purchase price has been issued.
• Refurbished, open-box, pre-owned, used or resale products, including such products purchased through other websites or second-hand marketplaces. This exclusion does not apply merely because a new product was purchased from an authorized AOSU reseller on another website. Any commercial warranty for a refurbished, used or resale product is subject to the warranty period and terms stated in the applicable product listing or sales document at the time of purchase.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, AOSU may deny a claim under this commercial warranty if you materially breach this Warranty Policy or the applicable terms of sale and that breach directly affects your eligibility for the claim.

4. For Consumers in the EEA

24-Month Limited Commercial Warranty

For consumers in the European Economic Area (the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway), eligible products are covered by a 24-month limited commercial warranty from the date of original purchase The scope, exclusions and claims procedure in Sections 1 to 3 apply, subject to this section.

You are entitled by law to remedies from the seller, free of charge, where goods do not conform to the contract. The 24-month commercial warranty period does not limit the duration of your statutory rights. No exclusion or restriction in this policy limits those rights. You may claim against the seller under applicable law without first making a claim under this commercial warranty.

Repairs or replacements under this commercial warranty will be provided free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you. Please contact support@aosulife.com using the procedure in Section 2.

5. For Australian Consumers

12-Month Limited Warranty

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Eligible products are covered by a 12-month limited commercial warranty from the date of original purchase. The benefits under this warranty are in addition to your other rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Use of Personal Information

AOSU will process personal information necessary to assess your warranty claim and provide warranty services, such as your name, contact details, delivery address, order information and details of the reported issue, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

7. Warranty Limitations

This Policy sets out the limited commercial warranty offered by AOSU. AOSU does not offer any additional voluntary warranty except as expressly stated in this Policy or otherwise expressly promised by AOSU in connection with the product. Nothing in this Policy limits any binding product description, advertising statement or other express warranty applicable to your purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

Subject to the above and to the extent permitted by applicable law, AOSU excludes liability for incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages arising from a breach of this commercial warranty. AOSU’s total liability for damages arising from such breach shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid for the affected product.

These limitations also protect AOSU’s representatives, employees and agents acting on its behalf, subject to the same exceptions.For consumers in the United States: Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
