To participate, you must be an aosu user registered on aosulife.com or the aosu app. Additionally, you need to register for the aosu Referral Program to receive your referral code or link before sharing it with your friends. After you register, you will receive an email from community@aosulife.com to get your exclusive referral code or link.

To qualify as a "Referrer," participants must:

• Be a legal resident of the area.
• Be at least 18 years of age. This program is not intended for individuals under 18. IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 YEARS OLD, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE, ACCESS, OR PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM IN ANY WAY OR AT ANY TIME.

You are the heart of the aosu community, and your voice matters most. When you share your referral code and link, and your friends purchase from the referred series on aosulife.com, we want to thank you with special rewards. Check out the aosu Referral section for all the details.

The more friends you refer, the more rewards you’ll earn!

When a friend makes a purchase using your referral code or link, you will automatically receive an email notifying you of the purchase. [Every Friday, you will automatically receive an email summarizing the number of orders made by using your code and link in the past week]. We will review the referred order within 40 days from the purchase date to verify its eligibility. Once the purchase is confirmed, you will receive a follow-up email with instructions on how to claim your referral reward.

• Friends referred to the aosu Referral Program can only use one referral code or link. If a friend receives referral links from multiple aosu users, only the referrer of the first completed order will receive a reward.
• Self-referrals are not allowed.

• aosu may suspend or terminate the Referral Program, or a user's participation in it, at any time and for any reason.
• aosu reserves the right to suspend accounts or revoke rewards if any activity is detected that aosu believes to be abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the aosulife.com Terms of Use. aosu also reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities, and to suspend accounts or modify referrals at its sole discretion, as deemed fair and appropriate.

A "Qualified Referral" is defined by the following criteria being met:

1. The referred friend must complete the purchase of an eligible product in a single order using the provided referral code or link. Purchases or registrations made through other methods will not be recognized as a Qualified Referral.
2. The friend can only apply one referral code or link under the aosu Referral Program.

• Please make sure that your friend completed their purchase directly through the referral link or share code provided in the registration email from our referral program. We use this code or link to track the purchase and link it to your invitation, ensuring you receive your reward. If your friend did not use your referral code or link for their purchase, you won’t be eligible for the referral reward.
• Additionally, if your friend’s order is voluntarily canceled, or if the order is canceled due to risk control or other issues, the reward will not be granted.
• Each Friday, you will automatically receive an email summarizing the number of orders placed using your referral code or link during the past week. Please wait until Friday to check your email for this summary.
• If you’ve followed these steps and meet the reward conditions but still haven’t received a successful referral confirmation email by the following Friday, please provide your referral code or link along with your friend's order number to our customer service. We greatly appreciate your support and patience.

• If you’ve successfully invited someone (and they’ve placed an order), you’ll receive an email on Friday summarizing the number of orders placed using your referral code or link. You can then match this information with the reward details listed in the Referral Options.
• If you haven’t successfully invited anyone yet, you can still view the specific reward information in the Referral Options section. For any questions, please contact customer service.

• When someone you’ve referred completes a purchase using your referral code or link, you’ll receive a summary email each Friday detailing the total number of orders placed using your referral code in the past week. If you don’t receive this email, it means no orders were placed using your code or link recently.
• Within 40 days of the order being completed, we will review the order for compliance. Once the review is complete and the order is approved, you’ll receive an email summarizing the approved orders and the corresponding rewards, along with a confirmation of reward distribution.
• If your reward is a free product, once you confirm, we will send the product to the shipping address you provided during registration. If you need to update the address, please include the new shipping address in your confirmation reply, and it will be used as the default address for future rewards. The product will be shipped within 7 days of your confirmation.
• If your reward is cash, once you confirm, we will distribute the cash using the payment method you selected during registration. If the reward is an Amazon Gift Card, it will be emailed to you promptly. If it’s PayPal, the amount will be transferred to your account as soon as possible. Cash rewards will be distributed within 7 days of your confirmation.
