Subscription Policy

1. Billing Cycle: The subscription is billed monthly at $6.99 and requires a 12-month commitment.

2. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew every month unless canceled.

3. Free Camera Offer: The IndoorCam P1 is free with a continuous 12-month subscription. Early termination voids this offer.

4. Activation Code: An activation code is required to bind the camera. Codes can be found under Account → Orders on aosulife.com.

5. Cancellation Policy: Cancel anytime by contacting aosu online customer service.

  • If canceled within 12 months, the free camera must be returned, or the device’s current online price must be paid. 

6. App Compatibility: Users must use the latest version of the app available in the app store to ensure compatibility and optimal performance.

7. Purchase Limit: Each user is limited to purchasing a maximum of 5 subscription cameras of the same model.

Terms of Service

1. Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to subscribe. 

2. Usage Agreement: The service must only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. 

3. Payment Terms: Payments must be made via accepted methods. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. 

4. Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. No partial refunds for mid-month cancellations. 

5. Privacy: All data is encrypted and handled as per our Privacy Policy, available at aosulife.com. 

6. Modifications: aosu reserves the right to modify terms and pricing with prior notice. 

7. Liability: aosu is not liable for any losses caused by misuse, connection issues, or third-party interference. This includes, but is not limited to: 

  • Device malfunctions caused by improper installation, tampering, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Service interruptions due to network failures, insufficient bandwidth, or ISP restrictions.
  • Damages caused by third-party software, services, or integrations incompatible with aosu systems.
  • Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, strikes, or government-imposed restrictions that may affect service availability.
