Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of payment completion. We'll do our best to assist you. Once an order is shipped out, we regret that it cannot be changed or canceled. 

If your order is canceled, you will receive an email notification to advise you of the cancellation. You will not be billed for any canceled items.

Returns

For any aosu purchases, if you change your mind about the product for any reason, you have the right to get your money back within 30 days after receiving the product.

All returns must subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Items must retain the box, packaging, and all contentsin the original purchase condition - unused, unmarked, and not defaced in any manner. This condition can be relaxed for quality reasons.
• Items must be returned to our warehouse(please email us on  support@aosulife.com first to confirm the exact warehouse), and we do not cover the shipping costs associated with returns.
• If you purchased the products from other authorized retailers rather than aosu's official website, please contact the retailers for returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, the refund process will begin, and we will send an email to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once your refund request is approved, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method.

In what situations will your refund be rejected?

• Return without the permission of aosu.
• Return with non-prepaid freight.
• The returned product is wrong, or some accessories are missing from the box.

After approval of a refund, if you have not received the refund after a 2-week waiting period, check your order status and bank account again, then contact us via email.

The aosu products are manufactured with high-quality industrial parts designed to last. We provide a 12-month warranty for all the aosu products, starting from the date of purchase. If any defects are found in material or workmanship, we will replace the product or any necessary components, free of charge.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

• The buyer must provide the order number or sufficient proof of purchase.
• Visible evidence of the defective items is requiredto depict the defect.
• It may be necessary to return the itemsfor quality inspection, determined by If a return is a need, the items will be returned with a prepaid return label.
• In no event will this warranty require more than the repair or replacement of defective partsunder the warranty time. No refunds will be given.
• Ifreplacements for defective parts are unavailable, we reserve the right to make substitutions with identical types of products.

What Does The Warranty Not Cover?

Does not apply to issues caused by people or accidents. We will have no liability for any incidental, consequential, or special damages. All guarantees will terminate as to any products or parts thereof which are repaired, replaced, or modified without the consent of us. Below are the details in this case:

• Improper use or installation
• Misuse(including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, loss of power, water or lotions, the attachment of any unauthorized accessories)
• Repairs made or attempted by third parties
• Damage from outside sources
• lost or stolen products
• Items that have expired their warranty period
• Any other conditions that are beyond the control of aosu.

Does not apply to items provided by non-official websites or activities, including any authorized or unauthorized retailers. The warranty policies of authorized retailers differ from and are not affected by this policy. Please consult retailers for their warranty policy if necessary.
